Very aromatic and full of flavor. The name says it all, super nutty with an impressive crema :)
Roasted in Switzerland.
Suitable for: French press, mocha, fully automatic machines, portafilter
In Kerala in the southwest of India, a small organic farming cooperative, "Organic Wayanad" produces Robusta coffee at 900 meters above sea level in permaculture. The 400 farmers grow everything they need to live in their garden around the house. Cocoa, banana, mango, rubber trees, palm trees, jackfruit, papaya, coffee, pepper, cassava, jams, turmeric, ginger, sugar cane, corn, rice, vegetables, medicinal herbs, etc. A deliberately cultivated "chaos" that cannot be mechanized and is exclusive manual work required. A system in which there is no nutrient deficiency. As a result, healthy Robusta trees have been successfully cultivated by smallholders for over 90 years.
Dosage recommendation: We take 20 g in a double sieve for two espressos. The amount of extraction is entirely up to you and your taste.
