You texture the milk exactly the way you are used to – stretch, roll, let it settle. In the background a predictive algorithm tracks how fast the milk is heating and predicts the moment the pitcher will reach your target temperature. The machine cuts the steam early enough that carryover heat does not push the milk past the programmed temperature.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTwo target temperatures can be stored, plus a third for kid's milk when it should be cooler. You select them with the SmartSteam button: a short press or a longer hold.
