Zebrano has a distinct, striped grain that falls differently on every piece. The spout is designed as a Coffee Slide and positioned so that it doesn't touch the worktop. The path from basket to cup stays short, and less heat is lost on a short path. Temperature helps decide which compounds dissolve – higher brings more body, lower more complexity and aroma.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eIt comes with four stainless steel baskets from the collaboration with IMS: one serving of 9 to 11 grams, two servings of 14 to 18 grams, two servings of 18 to 21 grams, and a blind basket. The choice of basket fundamentally changes the aroma picture, because hole pattern and flow resistance help determine when which compound dissolves. Three sizes in the box means you can experience this without buying anything extra.
