According to Markibar, it allows continuous grind setting adjustment and thus finer control over grind setting and flow time. Coffee Coaching Club is the official Swiss importer of Markibar. Note: Scope of delivery and installation instructions have not yet been confirmed by the manufacturer; we will add the details as soon as they are available.

Why stepless

Even small changes to the grind setting shift the particle size and with it how quickly and evenly the water extracts.
