Its diameter determines how much of an edge is left, and its surface determines whether the puck releases cleanly from the plate. This version measures 58.3 millimetres and has a non-stick coating.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWear shows first on the coating. It turns dull, then damp coffee starts to stick, and eventually the surface of the puck tears when the plate moves back up.
