A blocked spout makes itself known through a single sharp stream, water spraying out sideways or a whistling sound when you open the tap.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eDescale first, then replace\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA scaled-up spout is not a broken spout. Before you order a spare part, unscrew it and leave it overnight in a descaler from our \u003ca href=\"\/en\/collections\/maschinen-und-muhlenreinigung\"\u003eMachine and grinder cleaning\u003c\/a\u003e range. In the vast majority of cases the stream then runs like on the first day.
