The Technika 600 uses heat and vacuum to brew a clear, aromatic cup for several people. We carry Hario at Coffee Coaching Club.
Heat creates steam pressure in the lower globe, pushing the water upwards, where the coffee steeps. When the heat is removed, the vacuum draws the finished coffee back down through the cloth filter – this gives a cup with the clarity of filter coffee and full body. The Technika is powered by the included spirit burner or the optional infrared heater.

| Capacity | 600 ml, up to 5 servings |

For anyone who wants the classic siphon at a fair price and enjoys brewing for several people. More compact for one or two cups is the Technika 240; more elegant, the Sommelier.
A medium grind from one of the hand grinders or the electric coffee grinders, a scale from the Normcore range and the optional infrared heater. Replacement cloth filters in the Hario collection. Aromatic beans like Nutty Delight or the fruity Wild Peach.
With the included spirit burner or with the optional Hario infrared heater.
A cloth filter is included. Replacement cloth filters are available in the Hario collection.
Up to 5 servings from 600 ml.
The siphon delivers a cup that is clear and full at the same time – lovely with the round notes of Nutty Delight or, lively and fruity, with the Wild Peach. Medium grind as a starting point. This is our recommendation, one of many.
