Shop smart, save more! If you buy a coffee machine and a coffee grinder together and pay by advance payment, we'll gift you shop credit for your next purchase.

How it works

The higher your purchase value, the more shop credit you receive:

• CHF 1.200 – 2.499: CHF 30 shop credit
• CHF 2.500 – 4.349: CHF 75 shop credit
• CHF 4.350 – 4.999: CHF 100 shop credit
• From CHF 5.000: CHF 150 shop credit

✅ Terms of Participation

What you need to buy:

• At least 1 coffee machine AND 1 coffee grinder in the same purchase (new devices)
• Both products must be purchased together in one order

How you need to pay:

• Payment by advance payment/bank transfer
  
• Other payment methods (credit card, TWINT, etc.) are excluded from this offer

When you receive the credit:

• Automatically upon receipt of payment
• We'll send you an email notification with all the details
• The credit is added directly to your customer account

📋 Terms of Use for the Shop Credit

Validity:

• 60 days from the date of purchase
• After that, the credit expires automatically

Redemption:

• ✅ Recommended for: accessories, coffee beans, coaching sessions, workshops
• ⚠️ Not intended for: coffee machines, coffee grinders, shipping costs, vouchers
• The credit is automatically shown at checkout and can be redeemed there

Important notes:

• The shop credit is non-transferable – it's permanently tied to your customer account
• The credit is not redeemable for cash
• The credit cannot be combined with other discounts (except sale prices)
• Only one shop credit can be granted per order
• Retroactive claims for purchases already made are excluded
• Not valid for used devices
