How it works
Choose a machine and grinder
At least one new coffee machine and one new coffee grinder, together in one order.
Pay by advance payment
Payment by advance payment or bank transfer. Credit card, TWINT and other payment methods are excluded from the bonus.
Receive your credit
Once your payment arrives, the credit is added to your customer account. You’ll get an email with all the details.

Barista introduction for your new machine
With the purchase of a new coffee machine from CHF 1'500, a free 60-minute private barista introduction course is included: in Bern, Zurich or online, for up to two people from the same household or company attending together. The course must take place within one month of delivery; after that, the entitlement expires.

What you need to buy
- At least 1 coffee machine AND 1 coffee grinder in the same purchase (new devices)
- Both products must be purchased together in one order
How you need to pay
- Payment by advance payment/bank transfer
- Other payment methods (credit card, TWINT, etc.) are excluded from this offer
When you receive the credit
- Automatically upon receipt of payment
- We’ll send you an email notification with all the details
- The credit is added directly to your customer account
Validity
- 60 days from the date of purchase
- After that, the credit expires automatically
Redemption
- Recommended for: accessories, coffee beans, coaching sessions, workshops
- Not intended for: coffee machines, coffee grinders, shipping costs, vouchers
- The credit is automatically shown at checkout and can be redeemed there
Important notes
- The shop credit is non-transferable – it’s permanently tied to your customer account
- The credit is not redeemable for cash
- The credit cannot be combined with other discounts (except sale prices)
- Only one shop credit can be granted per order
- Retroactive claims for purchases already made are excluded
- Not valid for used devices

Frequently asked questions
Can I use the credit for multiple orders?
Yes, as long as the credit is redeemed within 60 days, you can split it across multiple orders.
Does the bonus also apply to credit card, TWINT or financing?
No. The Bundle-Bonus only applies to payment by advance payment or bank transfer.
What happens if I return my order?
If the bundle products (machine + grinder) are returned in full or in part, the shop credit is removed again.
Can I give the credit as a gift?
No, the shop credit is permanently tied to your customer account and is not transferable.
Does the offer also apply to B2B customers?
Yes, the offer applies to both private and business customers.
