Buy smart, save more! If you buy a coffee machine and a coffee grinder together and pay in advance or financed, we'll give you valuable shop credit for your next purchase.

Here's how it works

The higher your purchase value, the more shop credit you receive:

  • CHF 1,200 – 2,499: CHF 30 shop credit
  • CHF 2,500 – 3,999: CHF 75 shop credit
  • From CHF 4,000: CHF 150 shop credit

✅ Terms and conditions of participation

What you need to buy:

  • At least 1 coffee machine AND 1 coffee grinder in the same purchase
  • Both products must be purchased together in one order.

How you have to pay:

  • Payment by advance payment/bank transfer OR
  • Payment via financing
  • Other payment methods (credit card, PayPal, etc.) are excluded from the offer.

When you will receive the credit:

  • Automatically after payment is received
  • You will receive an email notification with all the details.
  • The credit will be added directly to your customer account.

📋 Terms and conditions for using shop credit

Validity:

  • 60 days from the date of purchase
  • The credit expires automatically after the expiry date.

Redemption:

  • ✅ Recommended for: Accessories, coffee beans, coaching sessions, workshops
  • ⚠️ Not intended for: coffee machines, coffee grinders, shipping costs, vouchers
  • The credit balance will be automatically displayed at checkout and can be redeemed there.

Important instructions:

  • The shop credit is non-transferable – it is permanently tied to your customer account.
  • The balance cannot be paid out in cash.
  • The credit cannot be combined with other discounts (except sale prices).
  • Only one shop credit can be awarded per order.
  • Subsequent applications for purchases already made are excluded.
  • Not valid for used equipment

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use the credit for multiple orders?
Yes, as long as the credit is redeemed within 60 days, you can split it across multiple orders.

What happens if I return my order?
If the bundle products (machine + mill) are returned in full or in part, the shop credit will be removed.

Can I give the credit as a gift?
No, the shop credit is permanently tied to your customer account and is not transferable.

Does this offer also apply to B2B customers?
Yes, the offer applies to both private and business customers.
