Bean Hoppers and Storage
For the Comandante, there are glass and polymer hoppers in many colors, also as Large and as a set of four. For the Eureka Mignon series, bean hoppers with slide gates, lids and the 45g single-dose cup are available, as well as wooden panels for the Specialita. The Fiorenzato AllGround Sense can be complemented with a slide gate, lid or complete bean hopper, and for the Mahlkönig E65, there is the 250g hopper. Airscape containers provide airtight storage, and Normcore and Weber Workshops bean tubes are available for single-dosing.
Dosing Funnels and Dosing Cups
Normcore magnetic dosing funnels are available for 51, 54 and 58 mm, plus a tall version and a dedicated 54 mm variant for Sage and Breville. Additionally, Eureka and Varia dosing funnels and cups are available. Burr Replacement
When burrs become dull over time, replacement is worthwhile – fresh burrs restore consistency and cup quality. Available are, among others, SSP 64mm sets, Eureka burrs (50mm for Mignon and Rocket Faustino, 55mm for Mignon), the Varia Hypernova burrs for the VS3, and burrs for Mazzer. Cleaning – Brushes, Bellows
From our own production comes the exclusive grinder brush and the fan brush. Additionally, the Comandante Long Neck cleaning brush and Barista brushes (#1 and Max No 2), Normcore brushes, and the Normcore bellows for ground coffee ejection, and Wiedemann Barista brushes in walnut and olive are available. Important for any grinder: clean dry, no water in the grinding mechanism.
Knob Personalization (Comandante)
Comandante hand grinders can be customized with wooden knobs: the Oak series (smoked, natural, black smoked), the colored Beech-Wood-Color series in 44 mm (Red, Wine Red, Pink, Purple, Blue, Yellow) and the Skateboard Edition made from recycled material (44 mm for the C40, 55 mm for the C60). Grind Adjustment and Workflow
For the Comandante, there are the Clix Mate mechanisms (Standard, Red Clix, Gold Clix) for finer click adjustment, and for the Kinu M47 series, silicone grip bands. The Mahlkönig Alignment Tool (EK43, EK43 S, EKK43) is used for precise alignment of the burrs. For café workflow, there are automatic Puqpress tampers, and for clean ejection, Knock Boxes and knock-out drawers from Rhino, Normcore and CKDC.

Frequently Asked Questions
When should I replace the burrs?
When grinding performance decreases, the grind becomes more uneven, or the burrs are visibly dull. Suitable sets are available for the Eureka Mignon (50/55 mm), the Varia VS3 (Hypernova) and as an SSP 64 mm set, among others.
Which dosing funnel fits my portafilter size?
Normcore magnetic dosing funnels are available for 51, 54 and 58 mm. A dedicated 54 mm version is available for Sage and Breville machines. The diameter of your portafilter is decisive.
How do I clean my grinder properly?
Dry with a brush or broom and a bellows that pushes residual coffee grounds out of the grinding mechanism. No water in the grinding mechanism. Regular removal of residual coffee grounds keeps the grind consistent and prevents old oil residues.
What does an Alignment Tool do?
It helps to align the burrs precisely parallel to each other. Proper alignment improves the consistency of the ground coffee and thus the cup quality – for example with the Mahlkönig EK43 and EK43 S.
