Spare parts and maintenance components

Wear parts around the brew group are part of normal maintenance. In our range: the Bezzera gasket set for the Faema E61 brew group, a brew head gasket suitable for the E61 brew group (also for Bezzera, Faema and Gaggia), the BZ shower screen for the BZ series, and the blind filter for backflushing. The E61 brew group dates back to the famous Faema E61 design – accordingly, many E61 parts are brand-compatible.

Bezzera Rosewood Edition

The rosewood edition adds warm wood accents to the classic stainless steel design. Available as a tamper (58 mm), tamper station with integrated tamper, handle set for the E61 brew group, complete portafilter sets (Unica, BZ, E61) and as a Flowcontrol Kit (in plastic or rosewood). A harmonious upgrade for anyone who values material aesthetics.

The Flowcontrol Kit adds manual flow control to the E61 brew group: you can extend the pre-infusion and vary the pressure profile during extraction – finely dosed, without haste. Interesting for light roasts and experimental extractions, not essential for classic roasts. This is our assessment, one of many.

Service and Workflow

Our complete service for Bezzera and Torre includes inspection of all components, descaling of the boiler, gasket replacement, calibration, and function test. With Swiss water hardness, we recommend it approximately every two to three years – this keeps the machine reliable for many years. For reproducible tamping, the Puqpress Mini, as an automatic tamper, complements every Bezzera setup – especially with high extraction volumes.

Are the spare parts original Bezzera?

The Bezzera-specific components – BZ shower screen, E61 gasket set, the rosewood edition, the flow control kit, and the portafilter sets – are original components. For the E61 brew group, there is also a suitable brew head gasket available as an alternative.

When do I need to replace the E61 brew head gasket?

Typically every one to two years with normal home use – or when water leaks from the brew head next to the portafilter during extraction. The brew group gasket is a wear part. You can replace it yourself or have it done as part of the CCC service.
