Who is the Enzian Foundation?

What we implement together
- Practical placements in the company: Employees of the Enzian Foundation work directly with us – in the warehouse, shipping, roasting facility, and administration. Not an alibi project, but lived daily reality.
- Active reintegration: We support the transition back into the primary labor market: with structured coaching, real tasks, and individual guidance throughout the entire process.
- Hiring as a goal: A trial period with us is not an endpoint. We always try to create a permanent position at the Coffee Coaching Club afterward – with fair wages and real prospects.
