The Coffee Coaching Club is not just about the perfect cup – it's also about the people behind it. We believe that artisanal excellence and social responsibility are not mutually exclusive. On the contrary. That's why we work closely with several foundations in Bern and Zurich.
Who we work with
Our partner foundations in Bern and Zurich guide people with health impairments back into the primary labour market through practical training and individual support. We contribute what a business can contribute: real tasks in everyday work and the prospect of a permanent position.
What we implement together
- Practical placements in the company: People from these foundations work directly with us – in the warehouse, shipping, the roastery and administration. Not an alibi project, but lived daily reality.
- Active reintegration: We support the transition back into the primary labour market: with structured coaching, real tasks and individual guidance throughout the entire process.
- Hiring as a goal: A trial period with us is not an endpoint. We always try to create a permanent position at the Coffee Coaching Club afterwards – with fair wages and real prospects.
- Local value creation: As a Swiss specialist retailer with locations in Bern and Zurich, we strengthen the regional economy and social inclusion directly on site.
