Who is the Enzian Foundation?

The Enzian Foundation is a Zurich-based institution that reintegrates people with disabilities into the primary labor market through practical training and individualized support. What we will implement together

  • Practical training opportunities within the company: Employees of the Enzian Foundation work directly with us – in the warehouse, shipping, roastery, and administration. Not a token project, but a lived reality.
  • Active reintegration: We support the transition back to the primary labor market with structured coaching, real tasks and individual support throughout the entire process.
  • Permanent employment as the goal: A trial period is not the end of the line for us. We always try to create a permanent position at the Coffee Coaching Club afterwards – with fair wages and real career prospects.
