Our shipping prices for Switzerland and Liechtenstein are simple:

We use various warehouses, so processing and shipping your order within Switzerland and Liechtenstein can take 1-3 business days.
During this time and even after your purchase, we are here for you.

For the sake of the environment, we give cardboard boxes a second life, so you may well receive your shipment in a used box or even without outer packaging.
Shipping within Switzerland and Liechtenstein is free for orders over CHF 60.
For orders under CHF 60, shipping costs CHF 6.50.
EU and international shipping will be calculated at the end of the delivery process. Delivery time within the EU is 7-14 days and can be up to four weeks outside the EU.
For EU and international shipping, all incurred costs, customs duties, import fees, and taxes are borne by the customer. In case of returns, e.g., due to the customer's failure to import, shipping costs will not be refunded. Furthermore, our general terms and conditions apply.
Special conditions apply for the delivery of La Marzocco and Victoria Arduino machines:
Delivery will be scheduled. A strong person on-site is required to carry the machine from the vehicle to the desired installation location. The installation location must be prepared, clear, and clean. Deliveries are possible within a 2.5-hour radius (e.g., Geneva, Lausanne, Zurich, Basel, Lucerne, ...), please contact us if you have any questions, we would be happy to discuss it. Please allow approx. 2 hours for the barista workshop (for max. 2 people) and commissioning.

Returns: If something needs to be returned: We voluntarily allow an exchange within 7 days (by replacement delivery or store credit) – with a tiered restocking fee: 15% of the merchandise value up to and including CHF 200; over CHF 200 only our actual costs (3% + 0.30 CHF payment fees plus shipping costs by weight, maximum 15%). For cancellations before shipping: 3% of the order value + 0.30 CHF. Why this fee is necessary and how you can easily avoid it (keyword: showroom & consultation), we explain openly under Returns & Exchange. The binding details are in the GTC, sections 8 and 10.
