Our shipping prices for Switzerland and Liechtenstein are simple:

Up to CHF 60 only CHF 6.50
Free for you from CHF 60

We use different warehouses, so processing and shipping your order can take 1-3 working days within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
We are there for you during this time and even after your purchase.
Contact us if you have any questions.

For the sake of the environment, we give boxes a second life, so you may receive your shipment in a box that has already been used or even without any outer packaging.

Shipping within Switzerland and Liechtenstein is free from CHF 60.

Below CHF 60, the shipping costs are CHF 6.50.

EU and International shipping is calculated at the end of the delivery process. The delivery time within the EU is 7-14 days and can be up to four weeks outside the EU.
For EU and international shipping, all costs incurred as well as customs and import fees and taxes are borne by the customer. In the case of returns, for example due to the customer's failure to introduce the item, the shipping costs will not be refunded. Our general terms and conditions also apply.

Special conditions apply to the delivery of La Marzocco and Victoria Arduino devices:
Delivery is scheduled. A strong person is required on site to carry the machine from the vehicle to the desired location. The installation site must be prepared, free and clean. Deliveries are possible within a 2.5 hour radius (e.g. Geneva, Lausanne, Zurich, Basel, Lucerne, ...), please contact us if you have any questions, we would be happy to talk about it. Please allow approx. 2 hours for the barista workshop (for a maximum of 2 people) and commissioning.
