Shipping, delivery and returns
You can order our range conveniently online. Our Bern and Zurich locations demonstrate the real product, roastery and service expertise behind the online shop; visiting a location is not required to place an order.
Switzerland and Liechtenstein

For processing and shipping within Switzerland and Liechtenstein, please allow 1 to 3 business days. We use several stock locations. For questions about an existing order, including the order number helps us identify the request quickly.
Packaging with a second life: To reduce waste, we reuse suitable cartons. Your order may therefore arrive in a previously used box or, where the product can be shipped safely, without additional outer packaging.
EU and international shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at the end of checkout. Delivery within the EU usually takes 7 to 14 days; outside the EU it can take up to four weeks.
For EU and international shipments, the customer bears all customs, import and tax charges. If a shipment is returned because import formalities or acceptance were not completed by the customer, shipping costs are not refunded. Our terms and conditions also apply.
Scheduled delivery of large espresso machines
Special delivery conditions apply to certain La Marzocco and Victoria Arduino machines:
- Delivery is scheduled with you.
- A strong person must be present to help carry the machine from the vehicle to the intended installation point.
- The installation point must be prepared, clear and clean.
- Delivery is possible within an approximate driving radius of 2.5 hours, for example to Geneva, Lausanne, Zurich, Basel or Lucerne. Please confirm the specific address with us before ordering.
- Please allow approximately two hours for commissioning and the barista workshop for up to two people.
Returns, exchanges and cancellation
We voluntarily offer an exchange within 7 days, by replacement delivery or store credit. A tiered restocking fee applies:
- For goods with a value up to and including CHF 200: 15% of the goods value.
- For goods above CHF 200: our effective costs of 3% plus a CHF 0.30 payment fee and weight-based shipping costs, capped at 15% in total.
- For cancellation before dispatch: 3% of the order value plus CHF 0.30.
