Who it is made for
For everyone who values temperature stability, build quality and ease of use at home. Our view: a saturated brew group, as built by La Marzocco and Arkel, seems more refined to us than an E61, regardless of the heating system. And the more precisely the brew temperature can be controlled, the more precisely you can fine-tune the taste. That is our opinion, one of many.
With single-group commercial machines, it is worth checking the connections: power, plumbed water and drain differ by model. The details are on each product page; we clarify any open points with you before you order.
For a decision of this size there are three routes you can combine freely: the machine advisor online, the free consultation in the showroom, by phone or virtually, and the comparison workshop, where you test machines and grinders side by side for an hour, with the larger selection in Zurich Oerlikon. An option, not a requirement.

Tip from the roastery: Our experience: a machine with stable temperature shows the differences between beans more clearly. For espresso and milk, Cozy Chocolate is a good start, Nutty Delight for more nuttiness. Dial in by weight, not by time: 1:2 as a starting point, then taste decides. That's our recommendation, one of many.
