Finding spare parts
Finding spare parts – three steps to the right part
Ordering a spare part is rarely much fun. Most of the time you're standing in front of a machine that drips, hisses or no longer builds up pressure, and what you want above all is the right part, first time round. That's what this page is built for.
1. Do you have a manufacturer part number?
Then you're almost there. Every part we carry is listed with its original manufacturer number – for example F.2.013 or C400002786. Just type the number into the search at the top and you'll land straight on the part. This also works with numbers from service documentation or from your technician's invoice.
2. Otherwise: choose your machine
In each machine category you only see parts that fit that machine. Within the category you can filter by assembly – say, only what belongs to the group head – and by part type, say, only gaskets.
La Marzocco
Rocket Espresso
Grinders and tampers
Rather see everything at once? Here are all our service parts.
3. If in doubt, ask – it's quicker than sending something back
What determines the fit is the model, year of manufacture and serial number. With La Marzocco and Rocket in particular, details change between production series without the name changing. Send us the serial number and, ideally, a photo of the area in question at [email protected] – we'll reply with the part number that fits.
A tip from our workshop
Before you order a part, it's always worth trying descaler first on jets, filter baskets, shower screens and gicleurs. These parts are almost never faulty, just clogged – one night in the solution, rinse clean, hold it up to the light, done. Only once the orifice is worn out or the thread is damaged do you actually need a replacement. You'll find the right supplies in the cleaning range for machine and grinder.
Please note before you order
Service parts are excluded from exchange and return. We order them specifically for you, and once they've been installed or test-fitted on a machine, they can't go back on sale. So it's better to ask once too often than to order a part that doesn't fit. Your statutory rights for defective goods remain unaffected.
Frequently asked questions
I only have a number from a drawing. Is that enough?
Usually, yes. Enter it in the search. If the search doesn't find anything, send it to us – we have the complete parts catalogue to hand, including parts that aren't listed in the shop.
Why can't I find any boilers, pumps or control units?
We deliberately don't sell those online. Parts that run on mains voltage or hold pressure belong in professional hands. Of course we'll source them for you – together with installation through our service.
My part isn't in the shop.
The online shop only shows a selection. Just ask – we have access to a great deal more.
How long does delivery take?
Anything in stock ships within two to four working days, throughout Switzerland and to Liechtenstein. For parts we need to order in, we'll let you know the date in advance.
Can I look at the part in person?
Our showrooms in Bern (Gerberngasse 44) and Zurich (Hagenholzstrasse 50b) show a wide selection, but not our entire range – the display changes. Drop us a quick line at [email protected] before your visit, and we will check whether the product you have in mind is currently there. Bring the machine or the old part along and we'll compare them right there.
