Silicone. To clean it, simply rinse it with water.
How big and heavy is it?
It is small and light, weighing around 35 g, so it fits into any coffee nook.

They complement each other: the bellows removes loose residues dry with air, while the brush sweeps away caked-on residue. Many people use both.
Roastery Tip
A clean grinder keeps the aroma fresh; the bean makes the flavor. For dense, sweet espresso, we love using Cozy Chocolate and Nutty Delight. If you prefer it full-bodied and round without any acidity, stick with Very Nutty; for a fruity experience, Wild Peach goes into the grinder. This is our recommendation, one of many, and any bean you enjoy is the right one.
