Origin & History

• Fazenda da Lagoa, one of the oldest plantations in the Campo das Vertentes (since 1764), is located at an altitude of 950–1,155 m and produces fine Arabica varieties such as Obatã, Catuaí and Yellow Bourbon
• The farm belongs to the Neumann Kaffee Group and cultivates around 6.9 million plants on approximately 1,990 hectares – with a focus on sustainability and fairness

Natural process with character

• The cherries are dried completely with the pulp (“Unwashed Natural”), which gives the coffee its typical full-bodied taste
• Despite the strong profile, the coffee remains pleasantly velvety – with hints of cocoa, nut
