Shipping policy

Shipping within Switzerland and Liechtenstein: flat shipping fee of CHF 6.50 per order (including shipping, packaging and postage). Orders of CHF 60 or more ship free of charge. Items are generally ready for dispatch within 2–4 working days; you will receive a tracking link by email. If not all items are available immediately, we aim to send one combined shipment – an order may be held back for this purpose.

We do not deliver to other countries (including the EU); the only option is pickup in Zürich Oerlikon by a courier you book. All costs as well as customs, import duties and taxes are borne by the customer. In the case of returns (e.g. because the import was not completed), shipping costs will not be refunded.

Special shipping conditions apply to devices over 30 kg and to certain brands (e.g. La Marzocco, Victoria Arduino): shipping is calculated separately at the current daily rate; delivery is made by a service provider of our choice to the curb, during the carrier’s business hours.
