55 mm Burr Pair for Eureka Mignon – Original, for Fresh Espresso
Every grinder eventually loses its bite. The grind size becomes less even, extraction shifts away from what you're used to, and a bit of the sweetness that once came naturally is missing from the cup. A fresh pair of burrs brings that precision back – and with it the dense, round aroma you know from your Mignon.
These 55 mm burrs are original Eureka replacement parts made of hardened steel, manufactured in Italy and designed for espresso. Because particle size and its consistency determine extraction, a cleanly cutting grinder is the foundation for everything else: fresh burrs cut a tighter distribution, and that shows directly in the body and clarity of the cup.

Which number do you need?
Between late 2017 and early 2018, Eureka built a Specialità series with a slightly different bore. The serial number on your grinder reveals which burrs fit: look at the 4th and 5th digit. If it shows 19, 20, 21 or 22, you need the MAC55ITAv1802 CP. If it shows 17, you need the MAC55ITA CP. If it shows 18, send us a picture of your burr – we'll figure out together which one fits.
Who it's for
For everyone who wants their Eureka Mignon to grind evenly and well for years. Whether you pull espresso daily or you're freshening up your grinder after extended use – a fresh pair of burrs is the simplest way back to precise extraction. Matching beans are waiting in our coffee bean selection, and more among our coffee grinders.
Do these burrs fit my Mignon?

How do I get the product?
Order directly online, with delivery across Switzerland and to Liechtenstein.
Tip from our roastery: Freshly cutting burrs get the most out of dense, aromatic beans. For a round, chocolatey espresso, we like Cozy Chocolate and Nutty Delight – our recommendation, one of many.
