Eureka Mignon bean hopper 45 g – for single dosing

A compact bean hopper from Eureka for the Mignon grinders. It holds up to 45 g, one weighed dose for espresso or filter.

A rotating metal tab closes the opening, so no beans jump out of the hopper while grinding. It is available clear or smoked.

With single dosing you weigh each dose and grind it completely. You grind by weight, not by time. With a 1:2 ratio as a starting point, every new bean can be dialled in cleanly.

Who it is for

For everyone with a Eureka Mignon who grinds dose by dose and often switches between beans. Some prefer to stay with the large standard hopper. Both are a valid choice; our opinion is one of many.

Tip from the roastery: With single dosing you can switch beans as often as you like. For most cups we recommend Cozy Chocolate and Nutty Delight, dense, round and chocolatey. For maximum body without acidity there is Very Nutty, and if you want to discover something fruity in between, you will find it in Wild Peach. That is our recommendation, one of many.
