Eureka Mignon King-Size Grind Dial – larger dial for grind size adjustment
A larger dial under your fingers, finer steps in grind size: the Eureka King-Size Grind Dial fits over the original adjustment dial of the Mignon and makes small corrections easier to handle.
Eureka describes it as an ergonomically enlarged metal adjustment dial. Engraved markings show the position, and the extended shape and textured surface give a firm grip so the dial does not slip during fine adjustments.
Why small steps matter
Particle size and uniformity determine how the coffee extracts. Even a small turn changes how quickly the water runs through the puck and which of the more than 800 aroma compounds reach the espresso.
Adjustment is done by weight: 1:2 as a starting point, then correct to taste. The larger dial makes these corrections more repeatable, from a coarse filter grind to a fine espresso grind. Espresso is complex, but it is not rocket science.

For everyone who often switches between beans or brewing methods on their Eureka Mignon and wants to set the grind size more finely and comfortably. The original adjustment dial works just as well. The King-Size Dial is a question of feel, our opinion is one of many.
