Hario Coffee Siphon Technika 240 ml – Vacuum Brewing in a Small Format
A small flame, the familiar gurgle, the water rises and falls – the Technika 240 brings the entire siphon spectacle for one to two cups to your counter.
The compact Technika brews a clear, aromatic cup through heat and vacuum – ideal for those who enjoy alone or as a pair. We carry Hario at Coffee Coaching Club.
How the Siphon Works
Heat creates steam pressure in the lower globe, which pushes the water upwards, where the coffee steeps. When the heat is removed, the vacuum draws the finished coffee back down through the cloth filter – clear like filter coffee, with a full body. Operated with the included alcohol burner or the optional infrared heater.
