When a fully automatic machine is the right choice
Fully automatic coffee machines are not toys for home espresso lovers who want to learn barista workflow. They are volume and consistency machines: many extractions per day, consistent quality, without someone needing to operate the tool. That's what they are made for.
For an office with 20-100 employees, a concept store, a hotel lobby, a gas station shop, or a small café without a barista, a high-quality fully automatic machine can be exactly the right solution. Those who operate a classic specialty café with a barista show, latte art, and experimental bean workflows are better served with a La Marzocco, Slayer, or Sanremo.
Eversys – Swiss Premium Fully Automatic Machines
Eversys (Sierre, Valais, since 2009) is probably the most ambitious manufacturer of professional fully automatic machines in our range. Fully owned by the DeLonghi Group since 2021, it continues to manufacture in Switzerland with its own Swiss service network.
The Eversys Legacy (L’ 2m) is the current flagship in the compact professional segment: up to four grinders in parallel, 1-Step e’Foam milk system for fine microfoam, e’Levelling function (vibrates the ground coffee evenly before extraction), 10.1-inch touch display, and cloud connection via e-Connect (remote service, statistics, consumption monitoring). Dimensions approx. 640 × 260 × 600 mm, weight approx. 60 kg.
Performance: up to 175 espressos per hour or 120 cappuccinos per hour (extraction time approx. 23 seconds). Plus up to 120 powder drinks and 120 portions of hot water per hour, individually adjustable temperature.
What distinguishes Eversys from standard fully automatic machines
Classic home fully automatic machines (Jura, Saeco, DeLonghi home line) make a clean push-button espresso, but with espresso quality significantly below portafilter level. Eversys operates at a different level: the brewing architecture, the milk system, and the grinder consistency are designed so that the result is closer to a professional barista espresso than to a classic office machine.
The price reflects this – the Legacy is in the 14-18,000 CHF range. For that, you get a machine that delivers 100+ extractions per day with consistent quality, minimal operating effort, and remote service.
Service in Switzerland
Eversys service runs via the Swiss network and the e-Connect remote system. Upon order, we coordinate delivery, setup, and training. Rental is also possible – contact us, we will find the right solution. Delivery time depends on the model and configuration, between 1 and 16 weeks.
Customization of the machine (color, specific configuration) is possible upon request. Free shipping and setup in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
