When an automatic machine is the right choice
Automatic espresso machines aren't toys for home espresso enthusiasts who want to learn the barista workflow. They are volume-and-consistency machines: many shots per day, consistent quality, without anyone needing to operate the tool. That's what they're built for.
For an office with 20–100 employees, a concept store, a hotel lobby, a gas station shop or a small café without a barista a high-quality automatic machine can be exactly the right solution. Anyone running a classic specialty café with barista showmanship, latte art and experimental bean workflows is better served by a La Marzocco, Slayer or Sanremo.
Eversys – Swiss Premium Automatic Machines
Eversys (Sierre, Valais, since 2009) is arguably the most ambitious professional automatic-machine manufacturer in our range. Fully part of the DeLonghi Group since 2021, but still manufactured in Switzerland with its own Swiss service network.
The Eversys Legacy (L' 2m) is the current flagship in the compact professional segment: up to four grinders in parallel, 1-Step e'Foam milk system for fine microfoam, e'Levelling function (vibrates the grounds evenly before extraction), a 10.1-inch touchscreen and cloud connectivity via e-Connect (remote service, statistics, consumption monitoring). Dimensions approx. 640 × 260 × 600 mm, weight approx. 60 kg.
Output: up to 175 espressos per hour or 120 cappuccinos per hour (extraction time approx. 23 seconds). Plus up to 120 powder-based drinks and 120 servings of hot water per hour, with individually adjustable temperature.
What sets Eversys apart from standard automatic machines
Classic home automatic machines (Jura, Saeco, DeLonghi's home line) make a clean push-button espresso, but with espresso quality clearly below portafilter level. Eversys operates on a different level: the brewing architecture, the milk system and the grinder consistency are designed so that the result sits closer to a professional barista espresso than to a classic office machine.
The price reflects that – the Legacy is positioned in the 14–18'000-CHF range. In return, you get a machine that delivers 100+ shots a day with consistent quality, minimal operating effort and remote service.
Service in Switzerland
Eversys service runs through the Swiss network and the e-Connect remote system. When you order, we coordinate delivery, installation and training. Also renting is possible – get in touch with us, we'll find the right solution. Delivery time varies by model and configuration, between 1 and 16 weeks.
Customizing the machine (color, specific configuration) is possible on request. Free shipping and installation in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
