Brewing filter coffee: by weight, ratio – and taste

We don't brew by the clock. Choose the method, dose (weight), and ratio – the brew time here is just physics (the extraction kinetics of immersion and percolation), not the goal. What matters is where your recipe lands on the Golden Cup Chart and, most importantly: what tastes good to you. There's no right or wrong – feel free to experiment until it works for you.
