Why an infrared heater

An open spirit burner is nice, but difficult to dose precisely. The programmable infrared burner can be continuously regulated in terms of power – this makes heat input efficient and, above all, reproducible. This results in more consistent siphon brewing that can be repeated from cup to cup. The heater comes with an EU plug; a CH adapter is included.
