Aram 12g portafilter basket strainer

Recommended for single espresso dosing and cold pulled espresso (cold extraction).

The cylindrical double-sieve shape of this 12g sieve allows a more even extraction than the classic single-sieve shape for a single espresso.

For a cold pulled espresso, the smaller 12g sieve allows a lower dosage compared to the standard double sieve and thus more extraction with the same amount of water.

Recommended filling quantities:

Single espresso: 14g > approx. 28g espresso

Cold pulled espresso: 15g > approx. 60g double shot
