The new Lelit Bianca V3

New software, more functions in the LCC, new low flow function and therefore a shorter heating-up time.


By rotating the mechanical paddle placed on the brew group, the water flow in the brew group can be regulated and the brewing pressure optimally controlled at each phase of the extraction. By adjusting the brewing pressure, you can brew the best espresso from any coffee.

LCC (Lelit Control Center)

Bianca has two separate stainless steel boilers, one for steam and hot water, the second for scalding water. The dual boiler technology guarantees greater temperature stability without the risk of the brewing water overheating and the option of brewing coffee and frothing milk or hot water at the same time.


The machine can now also be easily operated by less experienced users, since they do not have to pay special attention to the coffee preparation. You choose between four automatic coffee-making programs.

  • Full Flow: espresso draw constant at 8-9 bar
  • Low Flow: Extraction takes place at low pressure at the beginning and end of the espresso process.
  • Full flow with pre-infusion: espresso flow constant at 8-9 bar, starting with a pre-infusion.
  • Low flow with pre-infusion: At the beginning and end of the espresso process, extraction takes place at low pressure with a pre-infusion.

For the experienced user, this upgrade means the pressure and flow profile can be precisely repeated multiple times. The paddle can still be used in addition to the "Low Flow" automatic programs.


With the Lelit Bianca you have all parameters of espresso making under control. With the PID, the temperature for the espresso brewing can be set with an accuracy of one degree. With the manual water volume control you have full control over the brewing process.
