The Ascaso Barista T One is a 2- or 3-group espresso machine for commercial use, manufactured in Barcelona. Instead of a classic E61 or saturated groups, Ascaso relies on its own T-Technology – it allows precise, energy-efficient operation in continuous use.
Each brewing group has its own coffee thermoblock, plus a separate, insulated steam boiler with 8.5 liters. The water for each espresso comes fresh from the tap via the rotary pump and is heated precisely in the thermoblock – so it doesn't sit constantly hot in the boiler. The entire water circuit consists of stainless steel and pure copper.
This provides two things: consistent temperature, whether you're pulling shots continuously or in waves, and a clean cup profile without the aftertaste of repeatedly reheated water. According to Ascaso, this design saves approximately 50 percent energy compared to a classic machine and about 25 percent compared to other multi-boiler machines; individual groups can be switched off and are ready for use again from a cold state in about one minute.
Each group and the steam boiler are PID controlled – the temperature remains stable within approximately ±0.5 °C, set to an accuracy of 0.1 °C. Via the digital display per group, you can program volumetric quantities and a fully adjustable pre-infusion (accurate to 0.1 s). You can control the steam either via a joystick or a rotary knob, both with wood details; the cool-touch stainless steel wands remain grippy on the outside. Dynamic preheating and electronic auto-level are included.
The Barista T One is available in 2- or 3-group versions, in black or white, each with joystick or rotary knob control. Optionally expandable with boiler insulation, a backlit logo of your choice, or raised groups (12.5 cm) for tall vessels and to-go cups. We are happy to discuss which configuration suits your business personally.

The Barista T One is designed for cafés, restaurants, bakeries, and offices that want to reliably serve good espresso in quantity. The 2-group version covers most café situations; the 3-group is made for high volume and peak times. Both share the same technology – more groups mean higher throughput.
A commercial machine is only as good as its grinder. In our coffee grinders section, you'll find suitable commercial grinders from Mahlkönig and Mazzer – from solid daily business to high-performance grinders for multiple groups. For serving, we recommend beans from our coffee beans, tailored for high throughput. Unsure about the configuration? Our coffee machine comparison and consultation can help.

No. Ascaso uses T-Technology: independent coffee thermoblocks per group and a separate 8.5-liter steam boiler. The water for each shot comes fresh from the tap – there is no continuously heated boiler water.
The 2-group version covers most cafés, while the 3-group is designed for high volume and peak times. The technology and features are identical; the 3-group offers higher throughput.
The joystick intuitively controls the steam; alternatively, there is a rotary knob, both with wood details. Coffee extraction is volumetric and PID-controlled.
According to Ascaso, T-Technology saves approximately 50 percent energy compared to a classic machine and about 25 percent compared to other multi-boiler machines. Individual groups can be switched off and are ready for use again in about one minute.

From the roastery: For serving in quantity, strong, chocolatey profiles work most reliably. We recommend Cozy Chocolate, Nutty Delight, and Very Nutty – round and nutty, strong even with milk. For a bright, fruity note on the menu, Wild Peach or Bright Cassis from our coffee beans are suitable. This is our recommendation, one of many.
