Nothing too much, nothing spilled. Then the steam wand goes in, the milk begins to rotate, and under your hand you feel it grow warm.
A pitcher that thinks along: with a scale inside and noticeably more substance in the wall.
The body is made of 1 mm thick, food-grade stainless steel. This slightly thicker wall gives you two things: a quality weight in the hand and a noticeable feedback of temperature. As the milk textures, the steel warms along with it – you feel when the right moment is approaching, instead of just guessing.
On both inner sides, a scale in milliliters and ounces is etched, readable for left- and right-handers alike. This way you dose the milk precisely and pour less away – especially in everyday café use, that adds up a lot over the day. The etched lines are meant as a guide and may vary slightly from the exact amount.
And then there's the professional spout: it draws the stream together finely and in a controlled way, so clear lines form as soon as you pour. As always: our opinion is one of many – and in the end, what counts is that the cup brings you joy.

The foam is shaped by your machine's steam wand. From the compact machine for the coffee corner to the La Marzocco, you'll find them in our espresso machines; our consultation tool helps you find the right one.
If you'd like to compare other shapes: affordable and precise are the pitchers of the Normcore Collection, while the Weber Workshops Collection shows the particularly finely crafted side. And because the coffee carries under the milk, it's worth looking at dense, full-bodied espresso beans.
The Pro version has an internal ml/oz scale, a slightly thicker 1 mm wall with more weight and noticeable temperature feedback, and a more professional spout. The Classic is the simpler, lighter variant for everyday pouring.
It's meant as a practical guide and may vary slightly from the exact amount. For gram-precise work, it's best combined with a scale.
Yes. When you only fill in as much as you need, less is left over in the end. Over many drinks, that adds up noticeably – one reason this pitcher is popular in cafés.
Gladly. In our showrooms in Bern (Gerberngasse 44) and Zurich (Hagenholzstrasse 50b) you can experience it live. Online, we deliver in 2–4 business days, throughout Switzerland and to Liechtenstein.
For milk drinks in which the espresso stays present, full-bodied, dense roasts are our first choice: Cozy Chocolate and Nutty Delight with chocolate and nutty notes. If you want it maximally round and without acidity, take the Very Nutty; and for a brighter, fruity excursion, the Wild Peach. That's our recommendation – one of many.
