This is where the programmed doses come together, where the IOT connection to the La Marzocco Home App is managed, and where it's decided when the motor stops. A central electronic component that can be replaced in case of control malfunctions or after a defect.
The control center behind two programmable doses
The Pico stores two programmable doses plus manual grinding – this logic sits on the CPU Board. If the grinder also connects via IOT to the La Marzocco Home App, that communication runs through the same board too. A defect here typically shows up as unresponsive buttons, incorrect dosing, or connection issues with the app.
