What makes the BOXER EVO special
The BOXER EVO is a compact commercial portafilter machine with a large 13.2-litre copper boiler as a heat exchanger. Volumetric dosing, an integrated shot timer, PID temperature control and an automatic backflush program keep the workflow calm and consistent. The cool-touch steam wands protect hands during continuous service, and the AISI 304 stainless steel housing is built for years of service. That makes 50 to over 100 drinks per hour achievable.
