The large Pro variant: internal scale and a solid 1 mm wall – made for speed and consistent amounts.
The body is made of 1 mm thick, food-grade stainless steel. The thicker wall gives it a quality weight and a noticeable feedback of temperature – in continuous use, you feel the right moment instead of guessing anew each time.
On both inner sides, a scale in milliliters and ounces is etched, readable for left- and right-handers alike. Especially with the large pitcher, it helps to dose the milk equally per round and pour less away – over a day in the café, that adds up. The etched lines are meant as a guide and may vary slightly. The professional spout draws the stream together cleanly even with a larger fill. Our opinion is one of many.

If you'd like to compare smaller sizes or other shapes: affordable and precise are the pitchers of the Normcore Collection, while the Weber Workshops Collection shows the particularly finely crafted side. And so the espresso carries under a lot of milk, it's worth looking at dense espresso beans.

Yes. When every portion is dosed equally, less milk is left over and the results become more consistent – over the day, that makes a noticeable difference.
The Pro version has the internal ml/oz scale, a thicker 1 mm wall with more weight and temperature feedback, and a more professional spout. The Classic is simpler and lighter.

In continuous operation, the espresso needs presence. Our Cozy Chocolate and Nutty Delight stay full-bodied and sweet, even under a lot of milk. For maximum body without acidity, the Very Nutty, for a fruity experience the Wild Peach. That's our recommendation – one of many.
