When should I replace the bar?
When the rubber shows visible cracks, becomes hard and brittle, or detaches from the stainless steel body. With normal use, the bar lasts for many years.
Does the bar fit every knock box?
It is specially designed for the Olympia knock box and fits perfectly there. For other brands, measurements and shape may vary.
