What the inner lid does
The inner lid is the heart of the Airscape: you press it onto the beans, the air escapes through the valve, and the lid locks into place – so there is hardly any oxygen above the beans, which keeps them fresh longer. This replacement inner lid only fits the Airscape Kilo.
