What makes it special
The new regulating wheel adjusts the grind size steplessly and finely, while the Silent Technology keeps grinding pleasantly quiet. You set three programmable doses on the digital display, and the height-adjustable portafilter tray with hands-free holder does the holding for you. The 55 mm burrs (without screw holes) deliver fresh grounds into the portafilter at an output of around 1.8 to 2.2 g/s. Burrs are like car engines – subjective, there's no single best.
