Two separate boilers independently maintain brewing water and steam temperatures – from ECM, a German manufacturer based in Bammental near Heidelberg, which produces by hand in Germany and Italy.
Coffee Coaching Club is an ECM partner in Switzerland. When purchasing an ECM machine, a barista course in our roastery in Bern or in the Zurich Oerlikon showroom is included – in German or English. Swiss warranty and post-purchase support included.
A stainless steel coffee boiler with 0.75 liters and a steam/hot water boiler with 2.0 liters, both insulated. The PID display allows you to set the temperature of both boilers separately, and you can see the extraction time in seconds during brewing.
The patented ECM E61 brew group with a stainless steel bell ensures a stable brewing temperature. A programmable reminder helps with regular brew group cleaning.
The quiet rotary pump can be switched from the water tank to a fixed water connection, and a drain for residual water is possible. Quick-steam valves with 70-degree mechanism and no-burn steam and hot water wands make operation easier.
Heaters with 1200 and 1400 watts, ergonomic ECM filter holders, dimensions 340 × 475 × 420 mm (without filter holder), weight approx. 30 kg.

For anyone who wants to independently control brewing temperature and steam and is looking for a machine for many years. Those who regularly make milk-based drinks and fine-tune brewing temperatures will find a lot of control here. The fixed water option also makes it interesting for frequent users.
A precise coffee grinder such as from the Eureka series, a good tamper, and fresh beans like Cozy Chocolate or Nutty Delight. More models in the ECM collection.
Two separate boilers: one for brewing water, one for steam and hot water. This allows you to set the brewing temperature precisely, independently of the steam, and use both simultaneously.
Yes. The rotary pump allows for a fixed water connection. We can set this up for you upon delivery if desired.
Allow about 20 minutes for the E61 brew group to reach a stable temperature.
Gladly. You can see it live in Bern and Zurich Oerlikon. Just let us know, and we'll have it ready.
Yes, when purchasing an ECM machine, the course in Bern or Zurich is included.
You can make the most of the dual boiler by selecting the brewing temperature according to the bean: slightly higher for light roasts, slightly lower for dark ones. With the rotary pump, the pressure remains steady during extraction – ideal for achieving clean, longer extractions for light beans. This is our recommendation, one of many.
