Frequently asked questions
What does dual boiler mean?
Two separate boilers: one for brewing water, one for steam and hot water. You set the brewing temperature independently and can brew and froth at the same time.
How quickly is it ready?
For espresso in under ten minutes. If you have switched on the steam boiler, a few minutes for the steam are added.
Can I connect it to the water supply?
The PRO 300 is designed for water tank operation. Ask us during the consultation if fixed water connection is important for you – we will show you suitable alternatives.
Can I see it before buying?
Gladly. You can see it live in Bern and Zurich Oerlikon. Just let us know briefly, and we will have it ready.
Is the barista course included?
A private barista course can be booked separately.
Roastery Tip
You can make the most of the dual boiler by choosing the brewing temperature according to the bean: slightly higher for light roasts, slightly lower for dark roasts. Thanks to the fast heat-up, you can also spontaneously pull an espresso without waiting long. This is our recommendation, one of many.
