A dual boiler with an E61 brew group and rotary pump as its basis, plus plenty of scope for extraction – from Profitec, a German manufacturer based in Bammental near Heidelberg, which produces by hand in Germany and Italy.
Coffee Coaching Club is a partner of Profitec in Switzerland. When you purchase a Profitec machine, a barista course in our roastery in Bern or in the Zurich Oerlikon showroom is included – in German or English. Swiss warranty and after-sales support included.
The built-in flow profiling valve regulates the water flow to the brew group – and can also be changed during extraction. This allows you to actively shape the pressure and flow profile.
Various settings are possible in active and passive pre-infusion modes to fine-tune the extraction result.
The fast heat-up mode brings the machine up to temperature faster. Automatic on/off times can be programmed.
Two separately controllable boilers via PID, display with shot timer and other information, rotary pump, choice between water tank and fixed water connection, steam boiler can be switched on and off.

Play with the flow profile: a gentle start, then open – and reduce again towards the end to shape the finish. In combination with pre-infusion, a lot can be extracted, especially from light roasts. Note what tastes good to you. This is our recommendation, one of many.
