Comandante C60 Baracuda Nautilus Blue – Hand Grinder with 60mm Burr Set

The C60 Baracuda features the largest burr set in the Comandante range within a body milled from a single block of steel. The Nautilus Blue edition is a limited edition. Coffee Coaching Club is a partner of Comandante; the grinder is manufactured in Germany.
60mm Burr Set with High Throughput
The Baracuda conical burr set measures 60 millimeters and is made of high-alloy, nitrogen-rich martensitic stainless steel. Due to the larger grinding surface, it grinds beans two to three times faster than the C40 – with noticeably lighter cranking. The steel is taste-neutral, and the grinding range covers the entire spectrum, from coarse for filter to super-fine for espresso and Cezve/Ibrik.
GX50 Gold Clix – Super Fine Adjustment
The grind size is adjusted via the GX50 Gold Clix system with a brass adjustment dial. The fine thread moves the burrs by 41.6 micrometers per click, which changes the target particle size by approximately 21 micrometers per click. The stepped click engages cleanly and makes recipes repeatable – a significant advantage, especially in the fine espresso range.
