One turn of the crank, and the beans fall evenly through the conical burr
The Normcore Hand Grinder V2 in the version with a 44 mm stainless steel conical burr feels solid in the hand: aluminium, stainless steel, walnut wood and silicone give it a warm, sturdy feel, while the crank turns smoothly. The conical burr breaks down the beans evenly – the foundation for a clean extraction, whether espresso, pour-over or French press.
Using the stepped adjustment mechanism with 24 clicks per rotation, you set the grind size reproducibly for your brew method. Particle size and consistency shape how round and aromatic your coffee turns out – that's our observation, others see it differently. In the end what counts is that it tastes good to you.

Can I see the Normcore Hand Grinder V2 Contemporary live before buying?
That depends on whether the Normcore Hand Grinder V2 is on display right now. Our showrooms in Bern (Gerberngasse 44) and Zurich Oerlikon (Hagenholzstrasse 50b) show a wide selection, but not our entire range – it is too large for that, and the display changes. Drop us a quick line at [email protected] before your visit, and we will check whether the Normcore Hand Grinder V2 is currently there.
