Down in the bottom right on almost every page, Jackson is waiting for you – our AI coach in chat. You can ask him anything about your coffee, your machine, or your next purchase, around the clock. He answers right away, knows our whole shop – and learns a little more with our team every day.
What Jackson can do for you
Jackson helps you find the right machine, grinder, or accessory – whether it's for your kitchen at home, a small office or café, or if you're about to make a bigger investment in a proper espresso machine. He answers questions about our products, helps with first troubleshooting (for example "My machine won't heat up properly anymore") and points you onward whenever it's a case for our team.
How to ask Jackson the right way
The easiest way is to just write to him the way you'd ask a salesperson in the shop. A few examples:
- "I don't have much space in my kitchen, which espresso machine would suit me?" – for home.
- "We're looking for a machine for a small office of around 15 people." – for business.
- "I want to invest in a proper espresso machine, budget is more of a secondary concern – what would you recommend?" – for anyone treating themselves.
- "Why does my espresso taste bitter?" – Jackson will then point you straight to the right tool or guide.
Where Jackson's knowledge comes from
Jackson relies mainly on our own product catalogue, our policies, and our shop content – not on some arbitrary, generic knowledge base. And because it matters to us that he actually helps rather than just sounding clever, we review his answers ourselves on an ongoing basis and keep training him, so he gets even sharper over time.
To be honest
Jackson is an AI – he tells you so right at the start of your chat, too. His answers are a helpful first assessment, but not binding: what always counts with us is the product description and your order or confirmation. For anything that needs a binding commitment – warranty cases, personal advice on bigger purchases, or if his answer simply isn't enough for you – you can always reach our team the normal way via our help page.
