The Magic Tumbler magnetically attaches to the grinder, catches the grounds, and distributes them while catching. A built-in, super-flexible stainless steel stirrer automatically applies the Weiss Distribution Technique (WDT) – saving a step in your workflow.

What makes the Magic Tumbler special
The magnets on the rim attach to compatible grinders in place of the spout, preventing any splashing. The integrated static wiper, made of food-grade, antistatic resin, eliminates static, and the flexible stainless steel rod distributes the grounds. All internal surfaces are made of anodized aluminum with very low surface energy – coffee grounds slide off without coating or Teflon. The stirring rod is replaceable; two spare rods are included.
The Magic Tumbler is a cup, not a shaker, and therefore has no lid. If you're looking for the shaking version, check out the Blind Shaker.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which grinders is the Magic Tumbler compatible with?
With Key, HG-2 and HG-1 – but not with HG-1 units built before the retaining ring adjustment.
Do I need it for 49mm portafilters as well?
The Magic Tumbler is designed for 58mm. For 49mm, we recommend the Blind Tumbler.
Can I shake it like a Blind Shaker?
No, it has no lid. The Blind Shaker is designed for shaking.
Roastery Tip
The flexible rod takes care of fine distribution during grinding – an additional manual WDT is often no longer necessary. Simply attach, grind, and pour into the portafilter. This is our recommendation, one of many.
