La Marzocco Wally Milk – Automatic Milk Frother

In the middle of the rush, the milk foam stays silky and even, cup after cup, without anyone standing at the steam wand. That's exactly where Wally Milk comes in, freeing your team's head for guests and espresso.

What makes Wally Milk special

An infrared sensor detects pitcher size and fill level and starts on its own. The tray moves in an oscillating pattern, mimicking a barista's motion, so an even vortex forms that draws the milk into a silky texture. Sensors continuously monitor temperature and fill level. Up to 20 recipes can be stored, from cow's milk to plant-based alternatives, each with its own temperature and foam amount. Our opinion is one of many – if you make a lot of milk drinks, you'll notice a real gain in calm during service.
