What happens during the consultation?

Three things define how we advise. First, the no-pressure atmosphere: No sales pressure, no push to decide. We help you understand your options – the decision is yours. Second, the roastery DNA: We're a roastery and barista specialty business ourselves. Our advice comes from our own hands-on practice – not from reading spec sheets. Third, the live demonstration on-site: In the showroom, you can see machines powered up, watch the grinder work live, pull the shot – that tells you more than any online video. That's our observation, one of many.

Standard consultations for machine and grinder purchases are no-obligation and free of charge. For in-depth café project consultations with detailed configuration work, we discuss this individually.

How long does a consultation take?

Typically 30–60 minutes depending on complexity. Longer for café projects. We set aside enough time so your questions get fully answered.

Can I really test machines on-site?

Yes – many models are powered up in the showroom. Let us know in advance for specific models, so we can have your desired setup ready to demonstrate.

Do you provide additional materials after the consultation?

On request, yes – machine spec sheets, comparison tables, financing information. Let us know after the appointment, and we'll gladly send you further documents.

Do you also offer consultations for café projects?

Yes, gladly. For café openings, roastery bars, or hotel lobby concepts, we offer comprehensive configuration consulting – machine selection, grinders, water system, workflow logic, service setup. For café projects, write to us with your concept and we'll arrange a detailed appointment.
