Coffee Coaching Club offers non-binding consultation appointments – on-site in Bern or Zurich, by phone or virtually.

What happens during the consultation?

Three characteristics define our consultation. Firstly, the non-binding atmosphere: No sales pressure, no pressure to decide. We help you understand your options – you make the decision. Secondly, the roastery DNA: We are a roastery ourselves and a specialist barista business. Our advice comes from our own practical application – not from reading data sheets. Thirdly, the live demonstration on-site: In the showroom, you can see machines powered on, watch the grinder grind live, pull a shot – that says more than any online video. That's our observation, one of many.

For showroom consultations, you are welcome to bring: Beans you are currently working with (for comparison with our roasts or testing on your desired machine), notes on your current espresso problems, pictures of your kitchen setup (for countertop space advice), budget guidelines (so we can make targeted recommendations).

How long does a consultation appointment last?

Typically 30–60 minutes, depending on complexity. Longer for cafe projects. We reserve sufficient time to fully answer your questions.

Can I really test machines on site?

Yes – many models are powered on in the showroom. For specific models, please let us know in advance so we can prepare your desired setup for demonstration.

Do you provide further materials after the consultation?

Yes, upon request – machine data sheets, comparison tables, financing information. Let us know after the appointment, we will gladly send you further documents.

Do you also offer consultations for cafe projects?

Yes, gladly. For cafe openings, roastery bars, or hotel lobby concepts, we offer comprehensive configuration consultation – machine selection, grinders, water system, workflow logic, service setup. For cafe projects, write to us with your concept, and we will arrange a detailed appointment.
