Bezzera Flowcontrol Kit – black plastic
A gentle, slow pre-infusion, then you open the flow a little further by hand – and feel how the shot responds. The Flowcontrol brings this interplay to your E61 machine.
What the Flowcontrol does
The Flowcontrol kit replaces the upper part of the E61 group and controls the water flow directly at the brew head. By slowly opening the valve, you determine the pre-infusion and the flow profile during the shot. This lets you experience flow profiling by hand – a learning process, not a button press. Pressure and flow shape the aromatic time window: different compounds dissolve at different points, and a gentle pre-infusion gives the puck time to saturate evenly.
The kit is easy to install and fits all Bezzera models with an E61 brew head. The knob is made of plastic in a neutral black. Espresso is complex, but not rocket science – enjoyment comes before perfection. That's our opinion, one among many.
