Ceado E37Z-Hero – All-Purpose Grinder with Variable Speed and 83 mm DLC Burrs
Turning the speed dial while the grinder is running, you feel the grind change in front of you – slower for delicate compounds, faster for more body. This exact variable, for the first time on a Ceado, turns the E37Z-Hero into a tool for exploring.
Like the Naked version, the Hero works with 83 mm burrs and a DLC-coated grinding chamber, a 45° tilt, a bellows top and a spring-loaded chute – for grinding with near-zero retention. The interlocking worm gear allows infinitely fine micro adjustments and can be unlocked for large macro jumps between brewing methods. The control box houses the rest: start and stop, cooling fan and stepless adjustment of the burr speed.
For filter, you remove the portafilter hook under the chute and make room for drippers and other vessels. Included are three tinted single-dose bottles, a spray bottle against static charge, a portafilter funnel and a coffee journal. Espresso is complex, but it's no rocket science – the Hero invites you to take your time and explore. Our opinion is one of many.

Who it's made for
For everyone who wants to dive deep into dialing in and play with speed as an extra variable – for espresso as much as for filter. There's more to discover in our single-dose coffee grinders and the coffee grinders. Fresh beans to go with it are in our coffee beans.
