Your Bezzera is there for you every day. Every now and then, it needs a little break to be ready for your delicious coffee creations.
If you need spare parts or service for your Bezzera or Torre, contact us and we'll take care of it.

We ensure the best possible service; we cooperate with the general importer of Bezzera and Torre, your machine is in good hands.

Repairs up to CHF 120, in addition to the service fees, will be carried out without prior consultation. If the repair costs would exceed CHF 120, we will contact you to obtain your approval.

In any case, service fees will apply.

Collection and return shipping with a transport box are included.
