One towel for the steam wand, one for portafilter and group head, one for the counter, one in reserve: the microfibre barista towel set from MHW-3BOMBER, 4 pieces.
The set contains four square towels measuring 28 × 28 cm, two in grey and two in dark blue. The two colours make separation easy: one towel for milk at the steam wand, the other for coffee grounds and water at the portafilter.
Microfibre holds fine particles and liquid within its fibre structure instead of pushing them across the surface. That matters on chrome, stainless steel and glass, where streaks show immediately.

For everyone with an espresso machine, lever or filter setup who wants to work cleanly at the machine, whatever the device. How many towels hang at the machine is a matter of habit. Our opinion is one of many: two separate colours for milk and coffee keep the workflow clear.
Cleaning products for group head and grinder are under Machine and Grinder Cleaning. For everyone who wants milk pitchers and barista tools affordable and precise: Normcore. If you want a distinctive design: Weber Workshops.
If you are still looking for a machine, the coffee machine advisory tool narrows down the options.
Four towels measuring 28 × 28 cm, two in grey and two in dark blue.
For wiping the steam wand after steaming milk, drying portafilter and basket, and for group head, drip tray and counter. With two colours, milk and coffee towels stay separate.

Our showrooms in Bern (Gerberngasse 44) and Zurich (Hagenholzstrasse 50b) show a wide selection, but not our entire range – the display changes. Drop us a quick line at [email protected] before your visit, and we will check whether the product you have in mind is currently there.
Tip from the roastery: Milk residue on the portafilter brings a note into the cup that does not come from the bean. A dedicated towel for the steam wand keeps espresso from Cozy Chocolate or Nutty Delight the way it was roasted. For maximum body without acidity: Very Nutty. That is our recommendation, one of many.
