The conical burrs for the KEY and HG grinders – as a replacement or to refresh worn-out burrs.
Coffee Coaching Club is the exclusive Swiss importer of Weber Workshops.
Weber starts with the 83 mm conical burrs from the Mazzer Robur and performs its own pre-treatment to better suit Weber grinders from the factory. A TiN coating ensures long durability. Ready to use right out of the box; it continues to develop over several months of break-in time.

They are ready to use immediately. Over several months of break-in time, their character will continue to settle.

New burrs shift the grind setting – after changing them, grind a few doses and readjust before evaluating your shot. Conical burrs often give espresso a bit more body. This is our recommendation, one of many.
