The new version of the Eureka "Mignon" with precise scales is definitely a technical innovation which is revolutionary. It grinds exactly the same amount of powder time after time , so you have absolute consistency in the preparation of the coffee .
The mill has an infinitely variable degree of grinding adjustment .
The portafilter holder is designed in such a way that the portafilter is placed in the fork. The portafilter is automatically weighed and the mill tares itself.
The desired grammage is programmed on the LCD display . The mill now independently grinds the desired amount of powder with a tolerance of +- 0.1 grams .
