Rocket Mozzafiato Cronometro R – heat exchanger espresso machine
It stands there slim, the side panels of solid, chrome-plated aluminium catching the light. The E61 lever clicks, the shot runs, the timer counts along – the Mozzafiato is the slimmest Rocket in the Cronometro line-up, made for kitchens where counter space matters.
Coffee Coaching Club is a partner of Rocket in Switzerland. Your purchase includes our private barista course (German or English, in Bern or Zürich), in which we introduce you to extraction and the espresso ritual.

Who it's for
For anyone with a narrow counter space who still wants the full E61 experience with a rotary pump and plumbed-in option. The Mozzafiato is a statement in chrome – you either want it or you don't. Both are fine.
What goes with it
You can grind affordably with a Varia from the Varia Collection, the Eureka coffee grinders or Weber Workshops offer more. Tampers and distributors in the Tamper Collection, scales at Normcore or Acaia. The machine comparison helps you choose.

Roastery tip
Dense, round beans go particularly well with the E61 group. Try our Cozy Chocolate or the Nutty Delight. That's our recommendation, one of many.
